摘要 文化建设是医院高质量发展的重要课题,如何实现多院区医院的文化融合,成为多院区医院在推进文化建设过程中面临的难题之一。基于企业识别体系(CIS)理论,分析了多院区医院文化融合的时代背景,结合山东省立医院文化建设实践,探讨多院区医院促进文化融合的可行性措施,为推动多院区医院文化融合提出合理化建议,以期推动新时期医院文化建设,加快医院高质量发展进程。 Cultural construction is an important subject for the high-quality development of hospitals.How to realize the cultural integration of multi-campus hospitals has become one of the dilemmas in promoting cultural construction.Based on the theory of Corporate Identity System(CIS),this paper analyzes the background of the cultural integration of multi-campus hospitals;and in combination with the practice of Shandong Provincial Hospital cultural construction,explores the feasible measures and proposes rational suggestions for multi-campus hospital culture integration in an attempt to promote the culture construction in the new era and accelerate high-quality development of the hospital.
