探讨提高达芬奇机器人手术器械清洗质量的方法,通过保证清洗质量并减少器械损耗,为医院开源节流,创造效益。自2020年7月起,针对清洗不合格及损坏情况发生的原因进行分析,根据分析结果进行改进,实施了加强培训及完善清洗流程、重视手术台上器械保护、关注清洗前后的检查过程、针对特殊情况进行特殊处理等一系列措施,结果显示,改进后比改进前器械的返洗率、损坏率均有所降低。表明加强质量管理,持续改进清洗质量,可有效提高消毒供应中心的工作质量,保证手术的顺利进行。

This study aims to explore the means to improve the cleaning quality of Da Vinci robot surgical instruments.By ensuring the cleaning quality and reducing the loss of instruments,the hospital can increase revenue and reduce expenditure.Since July 2020,the causes of unqualified cleaning and damage have been analyzed and improvements have been made based on the analysis results.A series of measures have been taken,including strengthening personnel training,optimizing cleaning procedures,and emphasizing instruments protection during operation and the inspection process before and after cleaning.As a result,the reprocessing rate and loss rate of the equipment were decreased.It indicates that strengthened quality management and continuous improvement of cleaning quality can effectively improve the performance of the sterilization supply center and ensure an uneventful surgery.
