漆酚基聚氨酯涂膜的制备与性能研究

摘要 利用漆酚与环氧氯丙烷反应制备漆酚缩水甘油醚(UEA),再用漆酚缩水甘油醚与聚乙二醇反应制备漆酚基多元醇(UE),最后将漆酚基多元醇与异氰酸酯固化剂N3390反应制备了漆酚基聚氨酯涂膜。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、核磁共振谱议(NMR)等现代分析技术手段对产物的分子结构进行表征,并对涂膜的常规物理机械性能进行了测试。结果表明:因在漆酚基聚氨酯涂膜中引入了柔性聚乙二醇链段,增加了其韧性,使漆膜的附着力(百格刀法)达1级,柔韧性为1 mm,光泽度达200%,抗冲击性能为50 kg·cm^(-2),该实验结果可为进一步扩大生漆的应用领域提供理论依据。 Urushiol-based diglycidyl ether(UEA)was prepared by the reaction of urushiol and epichlorohydrin,and urushiol-based polyol(UE)was prepared by the reaction of urushiol diglycidyl ether and polyethylene glycol.Finally,urushiol based polyurethane film was prepared by reaction of urushiol based polyol with isocyanate curing agent(N3390).Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR)and other modern analytical techniques were used to characterize the molecular structure of the product,and the physical-mechanical properties of the film were tested.The results showed that the introduction of flexible polyethylene glycol segments in urushiol based polyurethane film increased its toughness,and the adhesion of the film(hundred grid knife method)reached grade 1,flexibility 1 mm,gloss 200%,impact resistance 50 kg·cm^(-2).The experimental results can provide a theoretical basis for further expanding the application field of raw lacquer.
