摘要
为适应国家战略储备需要,我国大型国家原油储备库不断兴建。随着服役年数的增加,储罐地基会发生沉降,对储罐安全造成不利影响。通过采用傅里叶分解方法,对储罐基础实测沉降数据进行处理,考虑储罐底板与地基间的相互作用,根据现场数据建立储罐有限元模型,通过计算分析研究地基厚度对基础沉降储罐罐壁变形的影响,并提出储罐地基的建议厚度。
In order to meet the demand of national strategic reserves,large national crude oil reserves have been built continuously in China.With the increase of service years,the foundation of the storage tank will settle,which will adversely affect the safety of the storage tank.Fourier decomposition method is used to process the actual measured data of storage tank’s foundation settlement and considering the interaction between bottom plate and foundation,the finite element model of storage tank is established based on the on-site data.Based on the result of calculation,the effect of foundation thickness on deformation of tank shell under foundation settlement is carefully analyzed,meanwhile the recommended thickness of foundation is put forward.
