摘要 针对化工企业应急救援过程中危险区域人员实时位置和数量难以确定、安全巡检和危险化学品运输车辆厂内运输痕迹管理方面手段单一、事前预防能力弱及覆盖面不全、纸质信息查询与应用难、应急救援指挥信息掌握不全等问题,借助基于空间实时定位下化工企业应急救援平台构建及运行效果进行了分析探讨,为化工企业应急救援平台的不断完善提供解决思路。 There exist some problems in the process of emergency rescue in chemical enterprises,such as,it is difficult to determine the real-time location and number of personnel in dangerous areas,single means of transportation trace management of safety inspection and hazardous chemicals transportation vehicles,weak prevention ability,incomplete coverage,difficult preservation,query and application of paper information,and inaccurate command information of emergency rescue.Based on the space real-time positioning,the construction and operation effect of the emergency rescue platform for chemical enterprises were analyzed and discussed,providing solutions for the continuous improvement of the emergency rescue platform for chemical enterprises.
