常压储罐罐顶气VOCs连通收集的技术思考

Technical Thinking on VOCs Collection of Atmospheric Pressure Storage Tank Top Gas

石化企业作为VOCs排放的典型企业,常压储罐罐顶气的治理一直是被重点关注,而常压储罐罐顶气的治理因为涉及到可能因连通所带来的压力变化引起罐体损坏、或单个储罐起火引发群罐火灾的安全问题,往往举步维艰。结合石化企业的中间罐区VOCs收集系统的案例,就罐顶气连通需要关注的问题,提出了解决方案,并对实施过程中的被重点关注的问题给出了建议。

As the essential preposition of smog formation,VOSs is taken more seriously recent years,and various places have issued the action plan or program of VOCs treatment.As a typical enterprise of VOCs emission in petrochemical enterprises,the top gas treatment of atmospheric storage tank has always been the focus of attention,and however,the treatment of atmospheric pressure tank top gas is often difficult because it involves the safety problems such as tank damage caused by possible pressure change in the connection,or the fire of a group tanks caused by the fire of a single tank.Based on the case of the middle tanks in the petrochemical plant,this paper puts forwards the solutions to the problems of tank top gas connection that need to be paid attention to,and gives some suggestions on the key problems in the implementation process.
