摘要
目的本文拟制备柠檬提取物泡腾制剂,用以防治龋齿的发生。方法建立紫外分光度法,用于柠檬提取物含量测定;通过单因素考察与正2交实验设计,对柠檬提取物泡腾片辅料种类及用量进行考察;根据外观、硬度、脆碎度、重量差异等质量标准确定柠檬提取物泡腾片的最终处方及制备工艺并进行相关质量检测。结果柠檬提取物在295 nm有最大吸收波长,2.0~8.0 mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好;最终确定了柠檬提取物泡腾剂处方及制备工艺,所制备的柠檬提取物泡腾片各项指标均符合质量标准。结论本文成功制备了柠檬提取物泡腾制剂符合药典规定和相应标准,使用方便,便于储存与携带。
In order to prevent dental caries,a novel lemon extract effervescent preparation was studied in this article.Methods UV spectrophotometry was used to establish the standard curve of lemon extract.We studied the formulations and preparation processes of the lemon extract effervescent via orthogonal experiment.The appearance,hardness and tablet weigh difference were used as the inspection indicators,and the relevant quality of the lemon extract effervescent were tested.Results The UV spectrophotometry results investigated that the maximum absorption wave of the ginseng was at 295 nm.Meanwhile,between the 2 mg/mL to 8 mg/mL of the lemon extract possessed a good linear relationship at this wave.The appearance,hardness and tablet weight difference of the lemon extract effervescent prepared met the standards.Conclusion The lemon extract effervescent tablet was successfully prepared,which was easy to use,store and carry in usual.
