摘要
目的探讨小牛血清去蛋白眼用凝胶联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液在角膜塑形镜配戴中的应用效果。方法选取牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院2019年12月至2020年5月间收治的38例近视患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组(各19例,38只眼)。对照组使用璃酸钠滴眼液点眼后常规配戴角膜塑形镜;观察组使用小牛血清去蛋白眼用凝胶和玻璃酸钠滴眼液点眼后常规戴镜。比较两组戴镜前和戴镜后1 d、1周、1个月的裸眼视力、验光(等效球镜度数)、平均角膜曲率、泪膜破裂时间(tear film break-up time,TBUT)、角膜上皮染色阳性率。结果观察组戴镜后1 d、1周的裸眼视力高于对照组,等效球镜度数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t裸眼视力=5.705、2.506;t等效球镜度数=2.080、2.259;P<0.05),两组戴镜后1个月比较,差异无统计学意义(t裸眼视力=1.612;t等效球镜度数=1.706;P>0.05)。两组戴镜后的平均角膜曲率比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.556、0.932、1.743;P>0.05)。观察组戴镜后的TBUT高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.677、3.388、3.156;P<0.05)。戴镜后对照组的角膜上皮染色情况高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.077、1.134、1.927;P<0.05)。结论小牛血清去蛋白眼用凝胶联合玻璃酸钠在角膜塑形镜配戴初期,能够更好地矫正视力、稳定泪膜,对角膜上皮细胞起到保护和修复的作用。
To investigate the application effect of Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops on the orthokeratology.Methods A total of 38 myopic patients admitted to Hongqi Hospital from December 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method(19 cases of 38 eyes in each group).The control group was given Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops before wore the lens routinely,while the observation group was given Deproteinised Calf Serum Eye Gel and Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops.The naked visual acuity,optometry(equivalent spherical lens degree),mean corneal curvature,tear film rupture time(TBUT)and positive rate of corneal epithelial staining were compared between the two groups before and 1 day,1 week and 1 month after wearing the lens.Results The naked visual acuity of the observation group at 1 day and 1 week after wearing lens was higher than that in the control group,and the equivalent spherical lens degree was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.705,2.506;t=2.080,2.259;P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups at 1 month after wearing glasses(t=1.612;t=1.706;P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean corneal curvature between the two groups after wearing lens(t=1.556,0.932,1.743;P>0.05).TBUT in the observation group after wearing lens was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.677,3.388,3.156;P<0.05).After wearing glasses,the corneal epithelial staining of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.077,1.134,1.927;P<0.05).Conclusion Deproteinized Calfblood Extract Eye Gel combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops can better correct visual acuity,stabilize the tear film,and protect and repair the corneal epithelial cells during the early stage of Orthokeratology.
