合并幽门螺旋杆菌感染对2型糖尿病病情进展的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析2型糖尿病患者幽门螺旋杆菌感染与其血糖、血脂和炎性因子水平的相关性。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月,在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院内分泌科治疗的糖尿病患者300例为研究对象。依据14C尿素呼气试验的检测结果,分为阳性组和阴性组,每组各150例。两组患者均给予降糖、饮食及运动治疗3个月。比较两组患者胃肠道不良反应发生率、血糖、血脂、炎性因子水平和糖尿病并发症发生率。结果阳性组胃肠道不良反应发生率高于阴性组(P<0.05);阳性组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白检测结果均高于阴性组(P<0.05);阳性组患者甘油三酯、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白检测结果高于阴性组(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白检测结果低于阴性组(P<0.05);阳性组患者超敏C反应蛋白、白介素6、白介素8的水平高于阴性组(P<0.05);阳性组糖尿病并发症发生率高于阴性组(P<0.05)。结论幽门螺旋杆菌感染,可加速2型糖尿病患者病情的进展。 To analyze the correlation between helicobacter pylori infection and blood glucose,blood lipids and inflammatory factors in type 2 diabetic patients.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,300 diabetic patients treated in the Department of Endocrinology of Hongqi Hospital affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University were selected as the research object.According to the detection results of H.pylori,patients were divided into positive group and negative group,150 cases in each group.Both groups received the same treatment.The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,levels of blood glucose,blood lipids,inflammatory factors and incidence rate of diabetic complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in positive group was higher than that in negative group.The blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c in positive group were higher than those in negative group.The blood lipid,triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in positive group were higher than those in negative group,while high density lipoprotein in positive group was lower than that in negative group.In terms of the level of inflammatory factors,the results of triglyceride,total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in positive group were higher than those in negative group.The incidence of diabetic complications in the positive group was higher than that in the negative group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection can accelerate the progression of type 2 diabetes.
