On the Evolution and Development of Big Data for Employment Patterns

随着互联网的迅猛发展,特别是智能手机普遍使用,我们的生活和工作越来越智能化,这都离不开大数据的支持,且随着数字经济的发展越加明显。在就业领域,大数据改变了一些传统的就业形态,促成了诸多新职业。随着数字经济迅速发展,新兴行业发展旺盛,为广大就业者开辟了更加精准、灵活多样、多层次的就业渠道,特别是新冠肺炎疫情防控以来,新模式新就业形态逆势而上,快速涌现,在推动经济复苏、支撑稳定就业方面发挥了至关重要的作用。本文从大数据在推动经济向数字经济转型发展方面,促进就业形态演变与发展方面进行阐述。

With the rapid development of the Internet,especially the widespread use of smart phones,makes our life and work more and more intelligent.This cannot be done without the support of big data,and it is becoming more and more obvious with the development of digital economy.In the field of employment,big data has changed some traditional employment patterns and led to many new occupations.With the rapid development of the digital economy,emerging industries have flourished,opening up more precise,flexible and diverse,multi-level employment channels for the majority of employed people,especially since the prevention and control of the Covid-19 new models of new employment forms have bucked the trend and emerged rapidly,playing a vital role in promoting economic recovery and supporting stable employment.This paper addresses the evolution and development of employment patterns in terms of big data in promoting the transformation and development of the economy to a digital economy.
