曲靖科技教育发展融入省域副中心城市探索

Strategies for Accelerating the Development of Science,Technology and Education in Qujing to Intergrate into the Provincial Sub-centre City

从省委省政府关于曲靖发展的定位出发,基于曲靖建设省域副中心城市的基础条件,梳理了曲靖建设省域副中心城市在科技、教育方面存在的主要问题,提出了推进科技平台建设,强化科技人才培引,提高科技成果向实体经济转化能力,完善专门教育可持续发展体系,提升高等教育实力,提高对外交流合作水平等策略,以加快曲靖建设省域副中心城市的步伐。

Starting from the positioning of the provincial government on the development of Qujing,based on the basic conditions of building as provincial sub-central city,the main problems in science and technology,and education in building Qujing a provincial sub-central city are sorted out,and strategies are proposed to promote the construction of science and technology platforms,strengthen the cultivation and attraction of scientific and technological talents,improve the ability of transforming scientific and technological achievements into the real economy,improve the sustainable development system of specialized education,enhance the strength of higher education and improve the level of foreign exchanges and cooperation in order to accelerate the pace of building a provincial sub-centre city in Qujing.
