摘要 针对唐山矿建筑物下压煤采出率低、采动损害等问题,文中选取了唐山矿铁三区为研究对象,分析建筑物下煤炭充填开采的可行性,并结合地表观测对试验区进行评价。研究结果表明:以矸石为主要充填材料,对建筑物下煤炭资源进行置换开采是该区域比较适合的开采技术;T_(3)281N为开滦集团第一个充填开采工作面,回采率实际达到70%,远远大于条带开采方式35%的回收率,经济效益显著。同时对地表进行监测,表明该开采方法可行,值得推广。 Aiming at the problems of the low coal recovery rate and the mining damage under the buildings in Tangshan Mine,in this paper,the iron three area of Tangshan Mine was selected as the research object,the feasibility of the coal filling and mining was analyzed under the buildings,and the test area was evaluated combining with the surface observations.Research results showed that the replacement mining was the more suitable mining technology for the coal resources under buildings using the gangue as the main filling materials in this area.T_(3)281N was the first filling mining face in Kailuan Group,the actual recovery rate was 70%,which was far greater than the 35%recovery rate of the strip mining,and the economic benefits were significant.At the same time,the ground surface was monitored,and it was showed that the mining method was feasible and worthy of promotion.
