摘要 通过对某柴油机水套进行计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)分析,得出整个水套压降、燃烧室处水套截面流量云图以及燃烧室处截面流动统一性数据。通过分析,提出了去掉凹槽的优化水套方案。然后通过对优化后的方案进行CFD分析,对比更改前后水套压降、燃烧室处水套截面流量云图以及燃烧室处截面流动统一性数据,证明了优化方案有效。 Through Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)analysis of a diesel engine water jacket,the pressure drop of the whole water jacket,the flow cloud diagram of the water jacket section at the combustor and the uniform data of the flow section at the combustor are obtained.Through analysis,the optimized water jacket with groove removed is put forward.Then through CFD analysis of the optimized scheme,compared with the water jacket pressure drop before and after the change,the water jacket section flow nebulograph at the combustor,the flow uniformity data at the combustor section,the optimization scheme proved to be effective.
