摘要
重型圆柱形工件在旋转分度的过程中,由于工件旋转时本身重量产生的惯性和传动机构中存在的间隙,造成工件旋转分度精度不高。针对这种情况,提出来了一种新型的双级消隙的蜗轮蜗杆传动机构及使用调整方法。该结构结合液压自动刹车阻尼结构,解决了重型圆柱形工件的高精度旋转分度的难题。
In the process of rotary indexing of heavy cylindrical workpiece,due to the inertia caused by the weight of the workpiece and the gap in the transmission mechanism,the rotary indexing accuracy of the workpiece is not high.This paper introduces a new two-stage clearance elimination worm gear transmission mechanism and its adjustment method.The structure combined with hydraulic automatic brake damping structure solves the problem of high-precision rotary indexing of heavy cylindrical workpiece.
