摘要
离心泵在农业排灌行业有较为广泛的应用,是目前农业机械设备中最常见的一类设备。基于此,研究了离心泵叶轮断裂失效的原因。另外,在对叶轮断裂部位进行宏观观察和微观观察过程中,通过分析腐蚀产物的能谱,确认了腐蚀产物的成分。结果表明,叶轮表面产生大量的点蚀坑的原因为受到了水中氯离子的腐蚀,点蚀坑的产生和发展,降低了叶轮本身强度,从而引起叶轮产生疲劳裂纹,随着裂纹扩展导致叶轮的断裂失效。
Centrifugal pump is widely used in agricultural drainage and irrigation industry.It is the most common kind of equipment in agricultural machinery and equipment.This paper studies the causes of fracture failure of centrifugal pump impeller.Macroscopically and microscopically observe the fracture part of the impeller,and confirm the composition of the corrosion products by energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the impeller surface is corroded by chloride ions in water,resulting in a large number of pitting pits.The generation and development of pitting pits reduce the strength of the impeller itself,resulting in fatigue cracks on the impeller,and the fracture failure of the impeller with the crack propagation.
