36号同侧曲线单开道岔加工工艺研究

摘要 主要介绍了京沈客专线星火枢纽工程的同侧曲线36号单开道岔的主要尺寸、技术参数和结构特点,重点分析了各个轨件的加工工艺、加工难点及创新点。由于同侧曲线单开道岔长度较长,其线型为曲线,所用轨件的加工和道岔整组铺设要求在加工工艺上考虑其曲线线型带来的变动,所以需要全方位考虑工艺路线的制定、铣削工艺的加工方法、程序文件的编制以及工装刀具的选择等,并经过反复分析论证和试制实验来指导实际生产。 This paper mainly introduces the main dimensions,technical parameters and structural characteristics of No.36 single turnout on the same side curve of Xinghuo hub project of Beijing Shenyang passenger dedicated line,and focuses on the processing technology,processing difficulties and innovation of each rail part.Since the length of single turnout on the same side curve is long and its line type is curve,the changes caused by the curve line type shall be considered in the processing technology for the processing of rail parts and the laying of the whole group of turnout,so it is necessary to comprehensively consider the formulation of process route,the processing method of milling process,the preparation of program documents and the selection of tooling tools,And through repeated analysis,demonstration and trial production experiments to guide the actual production.
