江西航空产业高质量发展路径研究

Study on High-quality Development Path of Aviation Industry in Jiangxi Province

航空产业是江西省战略性优势产业,推动航空产业高质量发展对江西省制造产业转型升级具有一定引领作用,同时对带动地方经济发展也具有积极推动作用。本文在分析江西省航空产业高质量发展相关政策和现状的基础上,发现航空产业存在智能化不充分、政策支持力度不大、核心技术匮乏和专业高端人才缺失等主要问题。因此,本文提出了打造智能制造标准化体系、加大财税支持力度、打造学习型组织和引进并培养专业高端人才等高质量发展路径,为推动江西省航空产业高质量发展提供借鉴。

Aviation industry is a strategic advantageous industry in Jiangxi Province.Promoting high-quality development of aviation industry plays a leading role in transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in Jiangxi Province,and also plays a positive role in driving the development of local economy.Based on the analysis of relevant policies and the status quo of high-quality development of aviation industry in Jiangxi Province,this paper points out that the aviation industry faces major problems including insufficient intelligentization,weak policy support,core technology deficiency and a lack of high-end talents.Therefore,this paper proposes high-quality development paths including building intelligent manufacturing standardization system,increasing financial and tax support,building learning organization,introducing and cultivating professional and high-end talents,which can provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of aviation industry in Jiangxi Province.
