长江中游城市群科技服务机构发展对策研究

Research on the Development of Science and Technology Service Institutions in the Urban Agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River

当前,科技创新日益成为推动经济高质量发展的重要引擎,而科技服务业作为信息和知识密集的新兴服务业态已成为推动科技创新的重要动力,对促进科技产业和区域经济发展意义重大。本文从科技服务机构视角,通过问卷调查和实地访谈等方法,深入剖析长江中游城市群科技服务机构发展现状。文章指出长江中游城市群科技服务机构仍存在行业管理不够规范,政策支持体系尚不完善;科技服务机构高端科技服务人才短缺;科技服务供需精准匹配度不够以及科技资源分散,科技服务机构核心竞争力不强等问题,并针对性地提出对策建议,为长江中游城市群优势产业集群科技服务业发展提供有力支撑。

At present, technological innovation is increasingly becoming an important engine to promote high-quality economic development. As an information and knowledge intensive emerging service industry, scientific and technological service industry has become an important driving force to promote technological innovation, and is of great significance to promote the development of scientific and technological industry and regional economy. From the perspective of science and technology service institutions, this paper analyzes the current development of science and technology service institutions in urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River by means of questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interviews. The paper points out that the industrial management of science and technology service institutions in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is still not standardized and the policy support system is inadequate. Moreover, there is a shortage of high-end science and technology service personnel in science and technology service institutions and a lack of precise matching between supply and demand of technology services. Furthermore, science and technology resources are scattered, and the core competitiveness of science and technology service institutions is not strong. And it also proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions to provide strong support for the development of the technology service industry in the competitive industrial clusters in the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
