Disaster Relief Implementation of Government in Liaoning District in Qing Dynasty

辽宁是清朝兴起之地,有清一代,从中央到地方对辽宁的荒政措施及实践都非常重视,多种荒政措施在辽宁地区均有不同程度的体现。这些措施对于辽宁地区抗灾救灾、恢复生产、维护社会秩序等方面都起到了重要作用。

Liaoning district was the birthplace of the Qing Dynasty.In the Qing Dynasty,both central gov-ernment and local government attached great importance to the disaster relief measures in Liaoning dis-trict.There were 12 kinds of relief measures which had been implemented at different degrees in Liaoning district.These disaster relief implementations had played an important role in resisting disaster and restor-ing the local economy.
