摘要
SPOCK(SPARC/Osteonectin CWCV and Kazal-like domains proteoglycan)蛋白是高度保守的、多结构域的细胞外基质糖蛋白家族,主要由SPOCK1、SPOCK2、SPOCK33个家族成员组成。它们具有相似的N端、卵泡抑制素样结构域(follistatin,FS)、钙结合区(calcium-binding,EC)和C端,C端包含一个甲状腺球蛋白样结构域(thyroglobulin,TY)和Ⅴ结构域。近年来研究表明,SPOCK家族蛋白调节中枢神经系统的发育,且影响多种疾病的发生发展过程。本文主要对SPOCK家族蛋白的分子结构特点、组织分布、生物学功能及与疾病的关系进行综述。
SPARC/Osteonectin CWCV and Kazal-like domains proteoglycan(SPOCK)is a highly conserved multi-domain extracellular matrix glycoprotein family,which mainly composed of SPOCK1,SPOCK2 and SPOCK3.They have similar N-terminal,follistatin(FS)domain,calcium-binding(EC)domain and C-terminal,the C-terminal contains thyroglobulin(TY)domain and domain V.Present studies have shown that SPOCK family proteins regulate the development of the central nervous system and affect the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases.In this article,the molecular structure characteristics,tissue distribution,biological function and the relationship between SPOCKs and diseases were reviewed.
