“文化寻根”背景下高校健身气功的课程改革 被引量:2

摘要 加强对健身气功文化的发掘与阐发,分析其在高校教育空间的表达方式,是实现中华文脉赓续继替及文化自信的重要力量。为此,从“道家养生”的文脉出发,认为:“文化承载”是高校健身气功课程改革之本,“文化自觉”则是改革之路,从课程文化建设、目标设计、结构优化、内容整合4个方面可扩展其文化的现代性和生长性。 Strengthening the exploration and elucidation of Health Qigong culture and analyzing its expression in the educational space of colleges and universities is an important force to realize the continuous succession of Chinese culture and cultural self-confidence.For this reason,starting from the context of“Taoist health preservation”,it is believed that“cultural carrying”is the foundation of the reform of health qigong courses in colleges and universities,and“cultural consciousness”is the road to reform.It needs to start from the cultural construction,target design,and optimization of the structure of curriculum and content integration are four aspects to expand the modernity and growth of its culture.
