延安《解放日报》视域下中国共产党的科技工作研究

Research on the Scientific and Technological Work of the CPC under the Vision of Liberation Daily in Yan’an

科技工作是延安时期中国共产党革命工作的一种具体形态,以中央机关报——《解放日报》为载体开展颁布科技人才政策、宣传科技先进人物、普及科学文化知识等实践活动,创建起工业、农业、医药卫生等方面的科技事业是其主要表现。这些科技工作为抗日根据地的生产生活和抗战事业奠定了坚实的物质技术基础,呈现出党性与人民性相统一、救亡与发展相统一、理论与实践相统一的鲜明特征,是中国共产党探索领导科技工作的宝贵经验。科技服务于建设、服务于人民,逻辑上是指导思想与实践方式的内在契合,探索延安时期中国共产党科技工作的成功之道为建设社会主义科技强国提供了一定的借鉴意义。

Scientific and technological work is a specific form of the revolutionary work of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in Yan’an Period.Taking the central organ newspaper Liberation Daily as the carrier,it carries out practical activities such as promulgating scientific and technological talent policies,publicizing advanced figures in science and technology,popularizing scientific and cultural knowledge,and establishing scientific and technological undertakings in industry,agriculture,medicine and health.These scientific and technological work laid a solid material and technological foundation for production and life in the Anti-Japanese base areas and the cause of the war of resistance against Japanese aggression,showing the distinctive characteristics of unity between party spirit and people spirit,unity between national salvation and development,and unity between theory and practice,and providing valuable experience for the CPC to explore and lead scientific and technological work.Science and technology serves the construction and the people,which logically is the internal agreement between the guiding ideology and practice mode.Exploring the successful way of the CPC’s science and technology work in Yan’an Period provides certain reference significance for the construction of a socialist science and technology power.
