基础教育教师信息化教学领导力:内涵、核心要素及提升策略 被引量:1

摘要 教师是教育教学的引导者与推动者,其信息化教学能力影响技术在教学中的发挥作用。通过对教师信息化教学领导力的内涵解读,结合基础教育信息化教学的相关研究以及信息化时代对教师教学的要求,归纳梳理出基础教育教师信息化教学领导力的核心要素:制定信息化教学计划、开展信息化教学设计、组织信息化课堂教学、营造信息化教学环境、实施信息化教学评价、参与信息化校园建设。因此,应从以下方面提升基础教育教师信息化教学领导力:为教师教学计划决策赋权,积极参与制定信息化教学计划;以学习者为中心,强化教师信息化教学设计能力;深入挖掘“三个课堂”应用价值,提升教师融合式课堂教学能力;恰当选择信息化教学环境,实现学生个性化发展;依托海量信息化数据,提升教师多维信息化教学评价能力;基于数字化学习共同体,完善教育教学模式,全力配合信息化校园建设。 As the guide and promoter of education and teaching,teachers’information teaching skills influence the role of technology in teaching.By summarizing the connotation of information-based teaching leadership of basic education teachers,it is found that it consists of six aspects:formulating information-based teaching plan,developing information-based teaching design,organizing information-based classroom teaching,creating information-based teaching environment,implementing information-based teaching evaluation and participating in information-based campus construction.Therefore,we should improve the leadership of teachers informatizationof basic education from the following aspects:empowering teachers’teaching plan decision-making and actively participating in the formulation of information-based teaching plan;focusing on learners and strengthening teachers’ability of information-based instructional design;deepening the application value of“three classrooms”and improving teachers’integrated classroom teaching skills;choosing information teaching environment properly and realizing students’individualized development;relying on information data,and developing teachers’multi-dimensional information teaching evaluation skills;based on the digital learning community,improving the education and teaching mode,and fully cooperating with the information campus construction.
