摘要
目前常见的轮辐式称重传感器按中间轮辐的不同来分,可以归类为方形梁式,双圆弧梁式和四圆弧梁式三种结构。本文分别对这三种轮辐结构的区别和受力后的各梁的应力分布特点做了介绍,并着重对这三种结构的传感器的各项性能指标做测试和比对分析,以供后续设计参考。
At present,the common lowprofile load cell is divided into three types:square beam type,double circular arc beam type and four circular arc beam type according to the difference of the middle spoke.In this article,the differences of the three kinds of middle spoke and the stress distribution characteristics of the beams are introduced,and the performance indexes of the sensors of the three kinds of structures are tested and compared,so as to provide reference for the subsequent design.
