摘要
深圳机场卫星厅钢屋盖中央三角形区域为三角锥焊接球网架结构体系,采用“楼面整体拼装,分层累计提升”的施工工艺。针对大跨度结构且现场场地复杂条件下的网架安装,此施工方法大幅减少场地占用和高空作业,降低了施工措施量和大型吊机使用量,有效降低安装施工难度,于质量、安全、工期和施工成本控制等均有利。从施工流程、深化设计、地面拼装、提升设备及措施等方面,提供了宝贵建议。
The central triangle area of the steel roof of Shenzhen Airport Satellite Hall is a Triangular cone Welded spherical grid structural system,which adopts the construction technology of“integrated ground assembly and layered cumulative lifting”.For the installation of large span structure and complex site conditions,this construction method greatly reduces the site occupation and aerial work,reduces the amount of construction measures and the usage of large cranes,and effectively reduces the difficulty of installation and construction,which is beneficial to quality,safety,time limit and construction cost control.In this paper,from the construction process,deepening design,ground assembly,upgrading equipment and measures,etc.,provided valuable advice.
