Comprehensive Evaluation of Technological Characters of 9 Gannan Sugarcane Germplasm by Principal Component Analysis

摘要 通过对赣南系列甘蔗种质进行综合评价分析,筛选工艺品质优良的甘蔗种质作为亲本,为培育早熟、高产、高糖甘蔗新品种提供杂交基础。本研究基于大田试验(新植和宿根),在成熟期选择甘蔗锤度、甘蔗蔗糖分、蔗汁蔗糖分、甘蔗纤维分和甘蔗简纯度等5个重要工艺性状指标进行检测,通过方差和主成分分析,评价9个赣南系列甘蔗种质综合工艺品质,并筛选优良种质作进一步应用。方差分析结果表明,9份甘蔗种质间甘蔗锤度、甘蔗蔗糖分、蔗汁蔗糖分、甘蔗纤维分和甘蔗简纯度5个工艺性状间均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),变异系数在3.27%~16.15%之间;主成分分析结果表明,赣南01-112主成分得分最高,综合品质最好,依次为赣南89-131、赣南00-8。赣南91-2主成分得分最低,综合品质最差,其次依次为赣南82-660和赣南00-27,其他居中。9个赣南系列种质中赣南01-112最好,11月至翌年5月(新植和1年宿根)平均蔗糖分达到16.24%,甘蔗纤维分为18.67%,甘蔗简纯度为87.71%,可以作为高糖亲本进行甘蔗杂交育种的利用。 Through the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of Gannan sugarcane germplasm,the germplasm with good processing quality was selected as parents,which provided a hybrid basis for breeding new sugarcane varieties with early maturity,high yield and high sugar content.Based on the field experiment(new planting and ratoon),five important technological traits,such as brix,sucrose content,sucrose content in cane juice,fiber content and simple purity of cane,were selected for testing in the mature stage.The comprehensive technological quality of 9 Gannan germplasm was evaluated by variance and principal component analysis,and excellent germplasm were screened for further application.The results of variance analysis showed that there were significant differences(P<0.01)among the 5 technological traits of 9 sugarcane germplasm,include brix,sucrose content,sucrose content in juice,fiber content and simple purity of sugarcane,with the coefficient of variation ranging from 3.27%to 16.15%.The results of principal component analysis showed that Gannan01-112 had the highest score of principal components and the best comprehensive quality,followed by Gannan89-131 and Gannan00-8 with 1.28;The Gannan91-2 had the lowest principal component score and the worst comprehensive quality,followed by Gannan82-660 and Gannan00-27.Other varieties were centered.Gannan01-112 was the best among the 9 series of Gannan germplasm.From November to May of the following year(new planted and one-year ratoon),the average sucrose content reached 16.24%,the sugarcane fiber content was 18.67%,and the purity of sugarcane slips was 87.71%,which could be used as high sugar parents for sugarcane cross breeding.
