摘要 多晶冰糖又称老冰糖、土冰糖、冰块糖等,是用传统工艺生产得到的不规则晶体状冰糖。目前传统工艺冰糖厂存在生产自动化程度低、劳动强度大、生产效率低等缺陷,本文对现有冰糖厂各个生产环节进行深入分析总结,在经济可靠可行的原则上对现有工艺进行改进,引入自动化设备和自控仪表,提供一套更先进高效的生产方案,以减少劳动生产力,降低劳动强度,提高生产效率。 Multi-crystal rock sugar,also known as old rock sugar,traditional rock sugar,ice-block sugar and so on,is a kind of irregular crystal sugar produced by traditional process.At present,the traditional multi-crystal rock sugar factory has the defects of low production automation,high labor intensity and low production efficiency.This paper deeply analyzed and summarized each production link of the present rock sugar factory.On the principle of economic,reliability and feasibility,it improved the current process,introduced automatic equipment and control instrument,and provided a more advanced and efficient production proposal,which aimed at reducing labor productivity and labor intensity,improving production efficiency.
