Development of Business Acceptance System Based on C# and Wechat Mini-Program

该文使用微信小程序与C#开发了一套跨平台的业务受理系统,客户可通过微信小程序在手机上便捷申请业务、查询任务进度、支付费用、查询物流等,客服可通过C#开发的Windows窗体程序进行业务受理、任务分配、数据统计等,平台之间通过微信云服务进行数据交互与存储。系统提炼了业务受理流程中的核心需求,并通过操作界面与交互方式的设计,实现程序运行与操作的高效与简便,对移动互联网时代下简洁高效的业务受理系统开发有一定的参考价值。

In this paper, a set of cross-platform business acceptance system is developed by using Wechat mini-program and C#. Customers can easily apply for business, query task progress, pay fees, query logistics, etc., through Wechat mini-program on mobile phones. Customer service can accept business, task allocation, data statistics, etc., through the Windows form program developed by C#. The platforms exchange and store data through Wechat cloud services. The system abstracted the core requirements in the business acceptance process, and realized the efficient and simple operation of the program through the design of the operation interface and interaction mode, which has certain reference value for the development of simple and efficient business acceptance system in the era of mobile Internet.
