摘要
文章介绍了超宽带(UWB)通信技术和UWB幅频补偿修正技术研究现状,指出现有检定/校准技术不能解决UWB分析仪带内幅频特性量值溯源问题。提出采用梳状信号发生器(Comb-G)作为标准器的校准方案。讨论了Comb-G的工作原理,推导出其频域频谱幅度表达式。分析了目前典型型号Comb-G频谱特性和被校示波器带宽指标,得到校准带宽内Comb-G谐波幅值递降幅度仅为0.33 d B,证明有足够的信噪比和精度来校准示波器的频谱特性。文章最后详细描述了校准操作步骤。
This paper introduces the research status of ultra-wideband(UWB)communication technology and UWB amplitude frequency compensation correction technology,and points out that the existing verification/calibration technology cannot solve the problem of traceability of amplitude frequency characteristics in the band of UWB analyzer.A calibration scheme using comb signal generator(Comb-G)is proposed.The working principle of Comb-G is discussed,and its spectrum amplitude expression is derived.The spectrum characte ristics of the current typical model Comb-G and the bandwidth of the oscilloscope are analyzed.It is obtained that the minimum harmonic amplitude of Comb-G is-0.33 db,which proves that it can calibrate the spectrum characteristics of the oscilloscope with high sufficient signal-to-noise ratio and high accuracy.Finally,the calibration steps are described in detail.
