基于幅值控制船舶岸电并离网策略分析

摘要 近年来,为支撑国家实现"双碳"目标,我国港口建设越来越重视绿色化、低碳化,港口岸电的推广布局具有重大战略意义和现实意义~([1])。靠港船舶在使用岸电时用到的无缝并网控制技术是岸电的核心技术之一,可以实现港口岸电向靠港船舶提供不间断与稳定的电力。该文研究分析一种基于电源输出正序电压和负序电压两种工况下幅值控制策略,通过仿真分析得出,岸电电源输出正序、负序电压时,同期过程中岸侧电压和船侧电压同幅值、同频率和同相位,同期后合闸并网无冲击电流,同时负载转移过程功率平滑可控。 In recent years,in order to support the country's realization of the"dual-carbon"goal,our country port construction has paid more and more attention to green and low-carbon,and the promotion of port shore power has great strategic and practical significance.One of the core technologies of shore power is the seamless grid-connected control technology used by ships calling at the port when using shore power,port shore power can provide uninterrupted and stable power to ships calling at the port.This paper studies and analyzes an amplitude control strategy based on the positive sequence voltage and negative sequence voltage of the power supply output.Through simulation analysis,when the shore power supply outputs positive and negative sequence voltages,the shore side voltage and shipside voltage have the same amplitude,frequency and phase during the synchronization process.After the synchronization,there is no inrush current when the power supply is closed and connected to the grid,smooth and controllable power during transfer.
