摘要 登革热仍然是世界上危害最为严重的虫媒传染病之一。本文从ADE效应、细胞因子效应、氧化应激状态损伤、基质金属蛋白酶损伤、TLR2诱导炎症细胞因子表达和其他一些最新研究证据入手,综述了最新登革病毒致病机制,为登革病毒研究与防治提供理论参考。 Dengue fever is still one of the most serious insect-borne infectious diseases around the world.This paper reviewed the research progress of dengue virus infection and pathogenesis about the aspects of ADE effect, cytokine effect, oxidative stress injury, matrix metalloproteinase injury, TLR2 induced inflammatory cytokine expression and some other unclear factors, so as to provide theoretical reference for dengue virus research and prevention.
