人诱停落法与CO_(2)诱蚊灯法对白纹伊蚊的监测分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较人诱停落法与CO_(2)诱蚊灯法对白纹伊蚊密度的监测结果,进而评估、确定白纹伊蚊密度的监测方法。方法采用人诱停落法和CO_(2)诱蚊灯法在北京市西城区一处公园、一个居民区和一所医院开展蚊密度监测。结果用CO_(2)灯诱法、人诱停落法分别捕获白纹伊蚊雌蚊1 600只和128只,分别为8月中旬和7月下旬蚊密度最高,每日17:00-20:00蚊密度最高。全年公园绿地平均密度最高,其次为居民区,医疗机构平均密度最低。在一定范围内,CO_(2)诱蚊灯法监测结果在统计学上与温度呈正相关,与风速呈负相关,回归方程式YCO2诱蚊灯法诱蚊数=-1.431+0.132X_(温度)-3.328X_(风速);人诱停落法与湿度呈正相关,与风速呈负相关,回归方程式Y人诱停落法捕蚊数=-0.846+0.065X_(湿度)-0.961X_(风速)。结论 CO_(2)诱蚊灯法受温度、风速影响较大。人诱法受气候因素影响较小。 Objective To evaluate the density monitoring method of Aedes albopictus by comparing the monitoring results of Aedes albopictus using human induced method and carbon dioxide lamp induced method.Methods Human induced method and CO_(2) lamp induced method were used to monitor Aedes albopictus in a park, a residential and a hospital.Results The number of female Aedes albopictus captured by CO_(2) lamp induction method and human induction method were 1 600 and 128 insects.The mosquito density was the highest in mid-August and late July respectively, and the peak time was 17:00-20:00.In the whole year, the average density in parks and greenbelts was the highest, followed by residential areas, and the lowest in medical institutions.In a range, CO_(2) lamp induction showed efficiency statistically positively correlated with temperature and negatively with wind speed as regression equation Y_(CO2lamp induced method)=-1.431+0.132 X_(temperature)-3.328 X_(wind speed);human induction showed efficiency positively correlated with humidity and negatively with wind speed as regression equation Y_(human induced method)=-0.846+0.065 X_(humidity)-0.961 X_(wind speed).Conclusion Temperature and wind speed had obviously influence on the CO_(2) lamp induced method, but less influence on the human induced method.
