摘要
目的调查2017-2019年单县白纹伊蚊种群消长情况,为指导该地区媒介蚊虫防控提供科学依据。方法成蚊调查采用双层叠帐法,幼虫采用布雷图指数法。结果 2017-2019年,单县各监测点共诱捕成蚊13 720只,其中2017年占40.07%,2018年占29.42%,2019年占30.52%。种群密度在8月达到峰值,幼虫略早于成蚊,布雷指数调查为高风险地区。结论单县地区白纹伊蚊密度较高,媒介疾病传播风险较大。
Objective To investigate the density of Aedes albopictus in Shan County from 2017 to 2019,providing scientific basis for the comprehensive control of vector mosquitoes.Methods The density of Ae.albopictus adults was monitored with nets traps, and the density of larvae was monitored with Breteau index(BI).Results From 2017 to 2019,13 720 adult mosquitoes were trapped in Shan County, 40.07% of which were trapped in 2017,29.42% in 2018 and 30.52% in 2019 respectively.The population density of Ae.albopictus reached its peak in August, and the larvae were slightly earlier than the adults.The results of BI showed that it was a high-risk area.Conclusion The density of Ae.albopictus is high in Shan County, showing a big hazard of vector-borne diseases.
