Surveillance on dengue vector Aedes mosquitoes from 2017 to 2019 in Zhangyan Town of Jinshan District, Shanghai

摘要 目的掌握上海市金山区张堰镇登革热传播媒介白纹伊蚊幼虫和成蚊密度的季节变化规律,为登革热疫情防控提供科学依据。方法采用布雷图指数法(BI)和诱蚊诱卵器法(MOI)监测白纹伊蚊幼虫密度,CO2诱蚊灯法监测成蚊密度。结果 2017-2019年CO2诱蚊灯法监测结果显示白纹伊蚊的成蚊密度高峰均在7—8月,其后逐渐下降;不同生境的成蚊密度采用单因素方差分析(F=196,P<0.001),差异有统计学意义。不同年份的BI密度监测结果采用卡方分析(χ^(2)=10.575,P=0.005),差异有统计学意义。不同年份的MOI密度监测结果采用卡方分析(χ^(2)=14.995,P=0.001),差异有统计学意义。根据季节消长曲线显示,2017年10月(BI=28.26)、2018年8月(BI=21.74)和2019年7月(BI=21.28)BI达到当年高峰,2017年9月(MOI=18.64)、2018年6月(MOI=17.24)MOI达到当年高峰,2019年全年MOI均处于较低水平,5月MOI最高(MOI=3.51)。结论上海市金山区张堰镇白纹伊蚊密度较高,有明显季节性,6-9月密度较高。 Objective To study the seasonal fluctuation of the density of larvae and adult of Aedes albopictus in Jinshan District of Shanghai, and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of dengue fever.Methods The BI and MOI method were employed for monitoring larvae of Aedes albopictus,while the CO_(2)trap for the monitoring of adult mosquitoes.Results From 2017 to 2019,the average adult mosquito density peaked in July and August, and then gradually decreased.The difference in the density monitored by CO_(2)trap during 2017 to 2019 was statistically significant(F=196,P<0.001).The result of BI density was statistically significant in different years(χ^(2)=10.575,P=0.005);The result of MOI density was statistically significant in different years(χ^(2)=14.995,P=0.001).According to the seasonal fluctuation curve, BI reached a peak in October of 2017(BI=28.26),August of 2018(BI=21.74)and July of 2019(BI=21.28),MOI reached a peak in September of 2017(MOI=18.64) and June of 2018(MOI=17.24),MOI was at a low level in 2019,and MOI reached a peak in May(MOI=3.51).Conclusion The density of Aedes albopictus in Zhangyan Town was high with obvious seasonality, peaked from June to September.
