深圳市龙华区蚊媒应急控制队员对蚊媒防治知识的调查

Investigation on mosquito vector control knowledge among emergency team members in Longhua District of Shenzhen

目的了解深圳市龙华区蚊媒应急控制队员对蚊媒防治知识的认知情况及影响因素,为有针对性地开展培训提供依据。方法采用自行设计的匿名调查问卷,于2020年9月统一对蚊媒应急控制队员进行问卷调查,用χ2检验进行差异分析。结果深圳市龙华区蚊媒应急队伍的整体知晓率为46.5%,其中蚊媒生态习性、蚊媒监测、灭蚊操作、蚊媒传染病的知晓率分别为32.0%、39.7%、48.8%、59.8%。不同年龄段、不同文化程度、不同工作年限及是否有有害生物防治员证的蚊媒应急队员的蚊媒防治知识知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),差异主要体现在蚊媒监测及灭蚊操作2个方面(P<0.05)。结论深圳市龙华区蚊媒应急控制队员的蚊媒防控知识知晓率较低,不同类型人员的认知水平差异较大,需有针对性地开展人员培训。

Objective To investigate the current cognition and influencing factors of mosquito vector control knowledge among emergency team members in Longhua District of Shenzhen, and to provide basis for targeted training.Methods An anonymous questionnaire was used to investigate the mosquito vector control knowledge among emergency team members in September of 2020,and the difference was analyzed with χ;test.Results The overall awareness rate of mosquito vector control knowledge among emergency team in Longhua District of Shenzhen was 46.5%,and the awareness rate of mosquito vector ecological habits, mosquito vector monitoring, mosquito control operation and mosquito vector infectious diseases were 32.0%,39.7%,48.8% and 59.8% respectively.There were significant differences in the awareness rate of mosquito vector control knowledge among emergency team in different ages, education levels, working years and whether with a qualification certificate(P<0.05),and the difference was mainly reflected in mosquito vector monitoring and mosquito control operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness rate of mosquito vector control knowledge of emergency team members in Longhua District of Shenzhen was low, and the cognitive level of different types of personnel was quite different.It is necessary to carry out targeted training.
