摘要
大佛寺煤矿基于以孔代巷的研究目标,提出了以高位定向长钻孔+上隅角迈步式埋管相结合的卸压瓦斯抽采方案。通过相似模拟试验,获得了41213工作面上覆岩层在走向及倾向上的采动裂隙的分布特性,以此为依据,确定了高位定向钻孔的布置层位及其与回顺巷道的水平距离。基于采空区煤自燃“三带”分布,制定了上隅角埋管的深度及迈步间距。结果表明,大佛寺煤矿41213工作面采用“高位定向钻孔与上隅角迈步式埋管抽采模式”,可以有效解决综采工作面回采期间上隅角瓦斯超限的难题,确保工作面正常回采。
Based on the research goal of replacing roadway with borehole,Dafosi Coal Mine proposes a pressure-relief gas extraction scheme combining high-level directional long borehole and step-by-step buried pipe in the upper corner.By the similar simulation test,the distribution characteristics of mining fractures in the strike and dip of the overlying strata of 41213 working face are researched,and the layout horizon of high-level directional long borehole and its horizontal distance from the return roadway are determined.Based on the three-zone distribution of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf,the depth and step spacing of buried pipes in the upper corner are given.The results show that the“gas extraction mode of high-level directional borehole and step-by-step buried pipe in the upper corner”used in 41213 working face can effectively solve the problem of gas overrun in the upper corner during fully mechanized mining and ensure the normal mining of the working face.
