坚硬顶板综采工作面端头三角区悬顶治理研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对回采工作面端头大面积悬顶易造成顶板突然垮落飓风伤人、端头气体浓度异常和上隅角瓦斯积聚等问题,以三道沟煤矿85207回采工作面为工程背景进行研究。根据回采工作面开采地质条件,采用FLAC^(3D)软件数值仿真研究了回采工作面端头悬顶的形成机理和解决方案,研究表明,对端头基本顶及直接顶爆破断顶是解决工作面端头悬顶问题最有效的手段。现场应用后,巷道围岩变形减小,围岩压力稳定,不再出现强矿压显现的问题。 Aiming at the problems that the sudden collapse of large-area suspended roof at the end of the mining face is easy to cause hurricane injury,abnormal gas concentration at the end and gas accumulation in the upper corner,the relevant research is carried out based on the engineering background of 85207 mining face in Sandaogou Coal Mine.According to the mining geological conditions of the mining face,the formation mechanism and solution of the end suspended roof of the mining face are studied by using FLAC^(3D) numerical software.The research shows that the most effective means to solve the problem of suspended roof at the end of the working face is to break the roof by blasting the basic roof and the direct roof.After field application,the deformation of roadway surrounding rock is reduced,the surrounding rock pressure is stable,and there is no problem of strong ground pressure.
