大巷煤柱回收工作面过空巷工艺实践 被引量:3

摘要 纳林庙煤矿二号井6-2116综采工作面为大巷煤柱回收工作面,针对工作面回采过程中过空巷(8#联巷)的现状,采用挑顶+充填+木垛+锚网索支护的空巷补强支护方案,并在3条煤柱受超前支承压力影响易片帮的情况下对原3条大巷帮顶进行补强支护。通过分析总结矿压规律,采用在距8#联巷8 m位置处等压的方式,保证了工作面与8#联巷贯通时避开周期来压,对大巷帮顶提前进行补强支护可确保空巷交叉等悬顶面积较大部位的顶板稳定性。实践表明,采用调压、调斜、定层位等方式是一种安全高效的过空巷施工工艺。 The 6-2116 fully mechanized mining face of No.2 mine of Nalinmiao Coal Mine is the main roadway pillar recovery face.According to the current situation of passing through the empty roadway(8#combined roadway)in the mining process of the working face,the empty roadway reinforcement and support scheme of roof ripping+filling+wooden pile+anchor-mesh-cable support is adopted,and the two sides and the roof of the original three main roadways is reinforced and supported.Based on the analysis and summary of the strata pressure law,the method of temporary cessation of production at 8 m away from 8#combined roadway is adopted to ensure that the periodic pressure is avoided when the working face is connected with 8#combined roadway.By reinforcing the roadway roof in advance,the roof stability of parts with large suspended roof area such as empty roadway intersection can be ensured.The practice shows that the way of adjusting the pressure,adjusting the inclination and setting the horizon in working face is a safe and efficient construction technology for passing through the empty roadway.
