基于钻孔窥视法与声波法的巷道松动圈测定 被引量:8

摘要 巷道松动圈对于巷道的支护参数优化、支护方案设计起到了至关重要的作用,同时巷道松动圈影响到瓦斯抽采钻孔深度的确定。为准确测定巷道的松动圈,采用超声波探测法与钻孔窥视法相结合的方式对陕西建新煤矿4207工作面回风巷道松动圈进行了测定。钻孔窥视法测定巷道松动圈最大范围为4.83 m,而超声波探测法测定巷道松动圈最大范围为4.9 m,2种方法的测定结果在误差允许的范围内较为接近。研究结果表明,巷道松动圈大小与距离回采工作面之间的距离成反比例关系,距离越近,松动圈范围越大;距离越远,松动圈范围越小;且煤壁侧松动圈范围比煤柱侧略大。 The roadway loose circle plays an important role in the optimization of roadway support parameters and the design of support scheme,and also affects the determination of the depth of gas extraction boreholes.In order to accurately measure the loose circle of roadway,the loose circle of return air roadway in 4207 working face of Jianxin Coal Mine was measured by the combination of ultrasonic method and borehole peeping method.The maximum range of roadway loose circle measured by borehole peeping method is 4.83 m,while the maximum range of roadway loose circle measured by ultrasonic detection method is 4.9 m.The measurement results of the two methods are close within the allowable range of error.The results show that the size of roadway loose circle is inversely proportional to the distance from the mining face,that is,the closer the distance,the larger the loose circle range,the farther the distance,the smaller the loose circle range,and the loose circle range at the coal wall side is slightly larger than that at the coal pillar side.
