摘要 彬长矿业集团孟村煤矿为了加快巷道掘进速度,缓解采掘接续紧张,引进了EJM2×170型掘锚一体机。但由于煤层厚、埋深大、地压高,且为强冲击倾向性煤层,巷道掘进期间围岩变形量较大,使机组掘锚同步作业的优势得不到发挥。通过采取优化巷道支护设计、迎头超前卸压、优化掘进工艺等措施,掘进速度得到显著提升,达到复杂地质条件下煤巷安全高效掘进的目的。分析总结掘锚一体机在复杂地质条件下的应用优点,为同类地质条件下应用掘锚一体机提供参考。 In order to speed up roadway excavation and ease the tension of mining and excavation,Mengcun Coal Mine of Binchang Mining Group introduced EJM2×170 bolter miner.However,due to the thick coal seam,large buried depth,severe ground pressure and strong bursting liability of coal seam,the surrounding rock deformation during roadway excavation is large,so that the advantage of synchronous operation of bolter miner can not be brought into play.By taking measures such as optimizing roadway support design,advance pressure relief and optimizing excavation technology,the excavation speed is significantly improved to achieve the purpose of safe and efficient excavation of coal roadway under complex geological conditions.This paper analyzes and summarizes the application experience of bolter miner under complex geological conditions,which can provide reference for the application of bolter miner under similar geological conditions.
