摘要 机载LiDAR点云数据以其高精度、高密度、高效率及产品丰富等特点已经成为国家经济建设、社会发展和国家安全的基础性、战略性信息资源,是快速、高精度获取三维地理信息数据的重要手段。针对本项目地形高差起伏大、植被茂密、城市群高层建筑林立、海岸带特殊地貌及复杂气流等地形特点,利用自主研发的软件进行航线实时规划,对飞行瞬时的地形、空域、卫星信号等预判。结合项目实际情况,论述了整个项目的技术方法、管理实施、质量控制及发展方向,为测绘同类项目提供参考。 Airborne LiDAR point cloud data not only has the characteristics of high precision,high density,high efficiency and rich products,but also an important means to obtain 3D geographic information data quickly and accurately,which has become a basic and strategic information resource for national economic construction,social development and national security.According to the topographic characteristics of the project,such as large topographic elevation difference,dense vegetation,high-rise buildings in urban agglomeration,special landform and complex air flow in the coastal zone,the self-developed software is used to make real-time route planning and predict the terrain,airspace and satellite signals of flight instantaneous.Combined with the actual situation,this paper discusses the technical method,management implementation,quality control and development direction of the whole project,so as to provide reference for similar surveying and mapping projects.
