摘要 近年来随着信息化的不断升级和发展,运维工作的重要性也日益凸显。对于各大型企业软硬件运维部门来说,其主要业务包括数据监控、系统巡检、设备维护、故障告警等工作。而目前大部分企业的IT运维存在维护工作琐碎,数量频繁,随机性事件多,监控、维护数据杂乱,没有统一的收集、保存措施,IT人员工作强度日益增大等问题。为解决上述问题,文章主要研究IT集中运维指挥平台的技术应用,为企业的IT运维管理提供一个有效的技术支撑平台,为管理决策提供实时、准确的数据支持;进而推动运维管理体系、管理制度的建设和贯彻,逐步提升运维管理水平,为企业的信息化发展战略保驾护航。 In recent years,with the development of information technology,the importance of operation and maintenance work has become increasingly prominent.For the software and hardware operation and maintenance departments of large enterprises,their main business includes data monitoring,system inspection,equipment maintenance,fault alarm and so on.At present,there are many problems in IT operation and maintenance of most enterprises,such as trivial maintenance work,complicated data,many random events,disordered monitoring and maintenance data,no unified collection and preservation measures,and large work intensity of IT personnel.By studying the technology application of IT centralized operation and maintenance command platform,it offers an effective technical support platform for enterprise IT operation and maintenance management,provides real-time and accurate data support for management decision,promotes the construction and implementation of operation and maintenance management system,gradually improves the management level of operation and maintenance,and ensures the implementation of enterprise information development strategy.
