吉氏流动度测试技术的发展与研究现状 被引量:2

摘要 吉氏流动度作为表征胶质体数量和性质的重要方法,现已在我国推广和普及,但并未成为大多数企业配煤炼焦的常规指标。本文总结了吉氏流动度测试技术的现状和发展趋势,包括现阶段存在的问题、测试技术的改进以及测试指标对配煤炼焦的指导,提出了利用吉氏流动度来探究焦炭孔结构的形成规律。在该方面开展深入研究和应用实践,可以发挥吉氏流动度在调控焦炭孔结构方面的关键作用,对于稳定焦炭性质、精细调控炼焦煤的配合具有重要意义。 As an important method to characterize the quantity and properties of colloids,gill mobility has been popularized and popularized in China,but it has not become a conventional index for coal blending and coking in most enterprises.This paper summarizes the current situation and development trend of gill fluidity test technology,including the existing problems at this stage,the improvement of test technology and the guidance of test indicators for coal blending and coking,and puts forward the use of gill fluidity to explore the formation law of coke pore structure.Carrying out in-depth research and application practice in this area can give play to the key role of gill mobility in regulating coke pore structure,which is of great significance for stabilizing coke properties and fine regulating the coordination of coking coal.
