KR-OB脱磷热力学计算和生产实践

摘要 KR作为铁水预处理设备,其脱硫率非常高,敬业钢铁厂使用KR装备进行铁水预处理脱硅和脱磷,实现铁水三脱处理。详细介绍了KR-OB的热力学计算和动力学模拟过程以及工业试验。试验结果显示,KR-OB装置脱磷率已经达到了80%以上,后续可通过调整吹氧量和优化脱磷剂进一步提高脱磷率。 As hot metal pretreatment equipment,KR has a very high desulfurization rate.Jingye iron and steel plant uses KR equipment for hot metal pretreatment,desilication and dephosphorization to realize three dephosphorization of hot metal.The thermodynamic calculation,kinetic simulation process and industrial test of KR-OB are introduced in detail.The test results show that the dephosphorization rate of KR-OB unit has reached more than 80%.In the future,the dephosphorization rate can be further improved by adjusting the oxygen blowing and optimizing the dephosphorization agent.
