摘要
基于法拉第定律,研究了不同生产速度下带长和带宽方向镀锡量的均匀性变化。结果表明,1.1/1.1 g·m^(-2)条件下,生产速度<350 m/min时,随产线速度增加,全长方向镀锡量波动逐渐变小,电流利用率升高,且反面镀锡量及电流均高于表面;全宽方向镀锡量稳定。2.8/2.8 g·m^(-2)条件下,镀锡量稳定,电流利用率高。通过解决电镀整流柜电流波动及调整边缘罩位置,实现了通卷长度方向、宽度方向镀锡量的均匀,避免了尖端效应,产品可满足高速制罐线对镀锡板镀锡量均匀性的要求。
Based on Faraday's law,the uniformity of tin plating amount in belt length and bandwidth direction at different production speeds was studied.The results show that under the condition of 1.1/1.1 g·m^(-2),when the production speed is less than 350 m/min,with the increasing of production line speed,the fluctuation of tin plating amount in the full-length direction gradually decreases,the current utilization rate increases,and the tin plating amount and current on the reverse side are higher than those on the surface;and the tin plating amount in the full width direction is stable.Under the condition of 2.8/2.8 g·m^(-2),the tin plating amount is stable and the current utilization rate is high.By solving the current fluctuation of electroplating rectifier cabinet and adjusting the position of edge cover,the uniformity of tin plating amount in the length and width direction of whole coil is realized,and the tip effect is avoided.The products can meet the requirements of high-speed production line for the tin plating amount uniformity of tinplate.
