摘要
针对马钢烧结生产需人工经验调控的问题,对配料及布料方式进行了深入分析,在现有自动化控制基础上建立了烧结配料均衡料流控制模型和平滑变料辅助控制模型。生产实践表明,模型投用后,混合料矿槽料位总体保持稳定,各物料配比更加精确,气流分布更均匀;内返率等关键指标明显提高,控制精度提升,在一定程度上提高了烧结自动化水平和生产效率。
Aiming at the problem of manual experience regulation in sintering production of Masteel,the batching and distribution mode are deeply analyzed.Based on the existing automatic control,the sintering batching balanced material flow control model and smooth material change auxiliary control model are established.The production practice shows that after the model is put into use,the material level of the mixture chute remains stable,the proportion of material is more accurate and the air flow distribution is more uniform;the key indexes such as internal return rate are significantly improved,and the control accuracy is improved.Moreover,the sintering automation level is improved to a certain extent,so the production efficiency is improved.
