摘要 炉缸损伤直接影响高炉的安全生产和使用寿命。本文通过对比传统炉缸修复方法存在的弊端,分析了硅凝胶结合浇注料的湿法喷注工艺的优点,并利用该技术对3200 m^(3)高炉进行了炉缸整体浇注和炉身薄内衬喷注,详细介绍了喷注方案及施工过程。此次高炉炉缸快速修复用时仅30天,合计创效7180万元,同时减少了因更换碳砖造成大量旧碳砖等废弃物的处理,保证了高炉生产的正常运行,具有显著的经济及社会效益。 Hearth damage directly affects the safe production and service life of blast furnace.By comparing the disadvantages of traditional furnace repairing methods,this paper analyzes the advantages of wet injection technology which is composed of silicone gel with castable material.The technology is adopted to make the whole hearth casting and lining thin lining spray for 3200 m^(3) blast furnace,and the injection plan and construction process is introduced in detail.The blast furnace hearth rapid repair took only 30 days with a total effect of 71.8 million RMB.At the same time,it reduced the treatment of a large number of wastes caused by the replacement of carbon bricks,ensured the normal operation of blast furnace production,and had significant economic and social benefits.
