摘要 分析了影响炼钢-连铸工序钢铁料消耗的主要因素,提出了降低钢铁料消耗的有效途径。通过加强生产过程管控、动态调整转炉炉料结构、优化吹炼和造渣工艺、合理控制转炉炉型、减少浇注过程甩废率、提高中包寿命、优化尾坯操作等措施,钢铁料消耗显著降低,为公司降本增效、高质量发展提供了有力支撑。 The main factors affecting the material consumption in steelmaking continuous casting process are analyzed,and the effective ways to reduce material consumption are put forward.By strengthening the production process control,dynamically adjusting the converter charge structure,optimizing the blowing and slag making process,reasonably controlling the converter furnace type,reducing the waste rejection rate in the pouring process,improving the tundish life,optimizing the tail billet operation and other measures,the steel material consumption is significantly reduced,which provides a strong support for the company's cost reduction and high-quality development.
