芪术保肝口服液对靶动物鸡的安全性试验研究

Safety Test of Qizhu Liver-Protecting Oral Liquid on Target Chickens

为了评价芪术保肝口服液对靶动物鸡的安全性,选取80只健康的7日龄海兰鸡,随机分成4组,每组20只,各用药组试验鸡分别以推荐剂量(2 mL/L)、3倍推荐剂量(6 mL/L)、5倍推荐剂量(10 mL/L)的芪术保肝口服液连续饮水给药5 d,空白对照组不给药。通过对实验鸡临床体征、实验鸡体重、血液学和血液生化指标、病理组织学等观察和检测,结果表明芪术保肝口服液均未对实验鸡临床体征、血液学、血液生化指标及主要脏器等造成明显的影响,表明至少以5倍推荐剂量饮水给药对靶动物鸡是安全的。

In order to evaluate the safety of Qizhu liver-protecting oral liquid on target chickens,80 healthy 7-day-old Hailan chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 20 chickens in each group.The experimental chickens in each treatment group were given Qizhu liver-protecting oral liquid with the recommended dose(2mL/L),three times the recommended dose(6mL/L)and five times the recommended dose(10mL/L)continuously for 5 days,while the blank control group was not given any medicine.Through the observation and detection of clinical signs,body weight,hematology,blood biochemical indexes and histopathology of experimental chickens,the results showed that Qizhu liver-protecting oral liquid had no obvious effect on clinical signs,hematology,blood biochemical indexes and main organs of experimental chickens,indicating that it was safe for target chickens to drink at least 5 times of the recommended dose.
