摘要
细胞融合是细胞工程的一项核心技术,聚乙二醇(PEG)介导的细胞融合法是最经济、简单的细胞融合技术。但在本科生实验教学过程中,实验效果并不理想。为了获得高效稳定的细胞融合率,试验通过改变细胞悬液制备方法和pH对细胞融合率的影响进行研究,结果表明利用肝素钠抗凝的血细胞保存168 h,pH为8时细胞融合率最高,可达30.88。
Cell fusion is a core technology of cell engineering.Experiment of PEG Induced Chicken Blood Cell Fusion is the most economical and simple cell fusion technology.However,in the process of undergraduate experimental teaching,the experimental effect is not ideal.In order to obtain an efficient and stable cell fusion rate,the effect of cell suspension preparation method and pH on cell fusion rate was studied.The results showed that the blood cells anticoagulated with heparin sodium were preserved for 168 hours,and the cell fusion rate was the highest at pH 8,up to 30.88%.
